God is a God of Revelation
“a mystery is thus now a revelation; Christian mysteries are revealed doctrine”

I would like to encourage every believer that God has not hid Himself from us, and God is not hiding. As a matter of fact; He has actually made every effort to make Himself known to humanity.
God wants to be known by man, He has gone to great lengths to re-establish such a connection with us. When man fell into sin the connection was severed, man died spiritually; the understanding, the mind, the spirit was darkened. It was not until the Light (Jesus) came into the world, died on the cross, rose from the dead and sent His spirit to indwell us that the light was switched back on.
We must be born again, accept Christ as Lord and Savior by Faith (born of the spirit) then only then can the Spirit of God come inside of us to live. Then the indwelling Holy Spirit turns of the Light because He is the Light. Thus we receive the initial revelation of a personal God who introduces Himself as God our father.
God is a personal God; and He desires to be known and has made Himself known.
"Revelation is not revelation until you discovery it"
Revelation that has not yet been discovered is revelation released (some call them mysteries, some call them secretes), when we discover it, it is revelation obtained
Romans 1:16-20New King James Version (NKJV)
"16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ,[a] for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. 17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”[b] 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,"
Acts 17:21-31New King James Version (NKJV)
"21 For all the Athenians and the foreigners who were there spent their time in nothing else but either to tell or to hear some new thing.Addressing the Areopagus22 Then Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus and said, “Men of Athens, I perceive that in all things you are very religious; 23 for as I was passing through and considering the objects of your worship, I even found an altar with this inscription:TO THE UNKNOWN GOD.Therefore, the One whom you worship without knowing, Him I proclaim to you: 24 “God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. 25 Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. 26 And He has made from one blood[a] every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, 27 so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; 28 for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ 29 Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man’s devising. 30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.”
